Antique Fan Feather Art Deco Natural Diamond Figural Ring 14k Gold Solid Silver Architectural
ABOUT:
A striking figural ring from the Art Deco period set with little diamonds - The flared ring face is crafted in silver and set with diamonds for sparkle. The shank is crafted in rosy 14k gold (unmarked and tested).
This one adds a fun architectural quality and movement, the fanned ring face reminds me of a feather design. Found in the UK.
Antique box not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos.
SIZE & MEASUREMENTS:
It is a size 6 1/4, a little over. It weighs 2.8 grams.
The ring face is 16.4mm north south.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
The diamonds read a little warm to gray in the closed back setting. Also some natural inclusions, some frosty spots. I always recommend gentler wear on pretty much all my antiques, especially those with many smaller stones set with the little bead prongs and this one with the closed back we usually avoid getting it wet, although the diamonds are small so it probably wouldn't affect the look much.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
Thanks so much for looking at my items!
