At Mouse's House Antiques, we want you to cherish your vintage finds; if your unique piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the delicate nature of antique fashion, items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.

Return Process

  Email our boutique team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring any vintage tags or delicate embellishments are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
