ABOUT:
Awesome French antique slide clip - this one has a gorgeous buttery glow with applied little floral or starburst details in rose, green and platinum or white gold, and set with a tiny rose cut diamond for sparkle.
This is an antique piece from the Belle Epoque era that I acquired in France. Wonderful details! And the patina is just fantastic with satin sheen - I love French antique gold.
There are two butterflying clips / loops behind it to run on a chain, or to clip a dog clip to, so it is ready to go as a pendant. NOTE - the chains seen in photos are not included, but I wanted to show you how it can also be worn with a chain to add character in your neckmess / neckstack.
Any props or additional items shown are not included. Please note the measurements as I have small hands and it can be difficult to decipher scale from photos. This one particularly seems to show larger in photos than it actually is, they are the actual item (and my actual hand) but perspective in photos is hard : ) .
MEASUREMENTS:
15.6mm. It weighs 2.6grams.
MARKS:
French hallmark for 18k gold.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Nice and tight clips to the back so it functions really well. Diamond is cloudy from build up and age but it's very small.
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. They will have patina, surface wear, a few small nicks. These pieces may also have evidence of a sizing, some build up around the stones and / or inclusions seen under magnification, typical for antique pieces. I have mentioned any noticeable issues above and they are all still wearable and eager to be loved and accepted for many years to come, (the preservation of antique jewelry, even those with signs of their age and history, is important to me. : )
But - Please note due to age, this piece is not in mint condition. Pictures also serve as part of the description and condition report so please utilize the zoom feature which will magnify any wear significantly more than what is visible to the eye while wearing : )
